Mazal Marketplace is an online platform that facilitates the buying and selling of digital businesses, websites, and online assets. Our Service includes:

• Listing and browsing digital businesses for sale
• Facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers
• Providing escrow services for secure transactions
• Offering verification and due diligence tools
• Providing communication tools between parties

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

We offer three types of accounts:

• Buyer: For users who want to purchase digital businesses
• Seller: For users who want to sell their digital businesses
• Both: For users who want to both buy and sell

4. Listing and Selling

4.1 Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Disclose all material facts and financial information
• Maintain the business in good condition until sale completion
• Provide necessary documentation and access credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Prohibited Listings

You may not list businesses that:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Involve illegal activities or content
• Contain false or misleading information
• Are not actually owned by the seller

5. Buying and Transactions

5.1 Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Conduct your own due diligence before purchasing
• Complete transactions in good faith
• Pay all agreed-upon amounts in a timely manner
• Respect the seller's intellectual property rights

5.2 Transaction Process

All transactions are subject to our escrow process:

• Buyer funds are held in escrow until transaction completion
• Seller must provide all agreed-upon assets and documentation
• Buyer has a specified period to verify the purchase
• Funds are released to seller upon buyer confirmation

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Commission Structure

We charge the following fees:

• Platform Commission: 5% of the sale price (paid by seller)
• Featured Listing Fee: $99 for premium placement
• Payment Processing: Additional fees may apply

6.2 Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of transaction completion. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mazal Marketplace and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAZAL MARKETPLACE, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mazal Marketplace and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
